Screenprinting is hard!
I’ve been devising some new techniques to get the results we want, results that are the best, on the best shirts. Someone younger than me might want to call them ’sick.’ I’m uncertain if this refers to the method of creation, or the result, in a positive way, or not, so I dare not use it.
I’m also looking for a new home for all the miscellaneous gear that is required to make shirts, as well as trying to acquire the rest that remains missing. I’m hoping either my ‘home brew’ version will be perfected soon, or that someone else will find it in their hearts, or common interest, to house us from the cold, or from the strict confines of my dining room.

I am wondering just what you need - storage space, an office, just a workspace… not quite sure from reading this.

An office or storage space doens’t usually have the kind of sink set up I need, so primarily I guess it’s a workspace. An office space sounds so nice and official though. I like nice and official, but I need a slop sink more. And I would need some amount of storage for supplies, especially blanks.
Oh, and something convertable to a darkroom. In addition. And well ventilated, so some basements are out. Heated with sinks is nice too, so most garages are out.
I guess it is rather particular, and I’m having a tough time finding anyone who meets the needs in terms of availability or adaptability, that isn’t outrageously expensive or inflexible.
But I haven’t given up yet. I have two more at bats lined up that might be able to get it out of the park…
And yes, that was a baseball reference.

You should talk to Mikey’s friend/co-worker Doug. He does printing and would know your needs better than anyone. You should find out about his set-up, and if there are short cuts, etc, that you could take….

Almost four months ahead of you. The location he’s used was focused on paper, and fabric is just different enough, and he sold it that they wouldn’t be that interested in expanding to do so…
I suppose I could follow through a bit more, but I’ve already got these two to do, and not finding a moment for that…
